Community
At the core of the original proposal was a dedication to ensure that any new development would sit comfortably within the existing environment and enhance the local community.
To ensure this we proposed to invest in the following areas:
- Improving the existing playground at Papyrus Villas.
This could include:
- New play equipment, seating and landscaping
- Creating a village green and other open areas within the new development
- Making a financial contribution towards improved community facilities such as a new village hall
Improved community facilities
Such a plan is a demonstration of thoughtful planning and good practice, and has obvious long-term environmental benefits.
